Abstract
Consider the problem of image deblurring in the presence of impulsive noise. Stan- dard image deconvolution methods rely on the Gaussian noise model and do not per- form well with impulsive noise. The main challenge is to deblur the image, recover its discontinuities and at the same time remove the impulse noise. Median-based ap- proaches are inadequate, because at high noise levels they induce nonlinear distortion that hampers the deblurring process. Distinguishing outliers from edge elements is dicult in current gradient-based edge..................[:=> Show Contents <=:]

The algorithm that selects the sequence randomly is shown in Fig. 14. For each symbol, the maximum interference power level is

calculated and j iterations are performed. After each iteration1, if the calculated interference power level of the new sequence is less than a

predefined threshold or if the limit on the number of iterations is reached, the sequence with the lowest possible interference level out of

all the randomly selected sequences is assigned to the original sequence. This process is repeated over all the symbols. It can be noticed from the algorithm that the complex..................[:=> Show Contents <=:]

ws that PCA, LDA, and LPP can be obtained from different graph models. We compare the proposed Laplacianface approach with Eigenface and Fisherface methods on three different face data sets. Experimental results suggest that the proposed Laplacianface approach provides a better representation and achieves lower error rates in face recognition. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is a statistical method under the broad title of factor analysis. The purpose of PCA is to reduce the large dimensionality of the data space (observed variables) to the smaller intrinsic dimensionality of feature space ..................[:=> Show Contents <=:]

The variation of end-to-end delay against node size for
Freeway mobility model is shown in fig. 4. It is observed that
as the number of nodes increases the AODV and DSDV
performs worst compared to DSR. In DSDV, the node
number increment will increase overhead of routing

any drastic end-to-end delay variations. The speed

e truncation of the redundant data there is no any notable difference between the original image and synthesized image. This algorithm is not much complex and the memory required to implement the algorithm is not very high. With a strong mathematical background and quantitative analysis, it enables efficient compression in the growing trends. The compression using this algorithm can give compression ratios of approximately 25:1 without any noticeable image distortion or even 100:1, but with some image distortion. The above said algorithm has been simulated and implemented for the verification ..................[:=> Show Contents <=:]

The word is crying out for the simpler access controls to personal authentication systems and it looks like biometrics may be the answer. Instead of carrying bunch of keys, all those access cards or passwords you carry around with you, your body can be used to uniquely identify you. Furthermore, when biometrics measures are applied in combination with other controls, such as access cards or passwords, the reliability of authentication controls takes a giant step forward.

y or to simplify the controlling circuits. Those signals, such as composite sync signal, blanking signal and a series of test signals are originally realized by a number of sequential circuits and logical gates. Now, this test signal generator has smaller size, higher stability and lower cost compared with former ones which consist of more hardware. All of the programs are stored in EPROM. We can change the test patterns and their orders easily by changing the programs without changing the main structure of the system. On the other hand, varied kinds of non-standard TV sync signals and test pa..................[:=> Show Contents <=:]
